Trainee Engineer
Managed quality according to ASTM standards, Handled and Supervised the processes of induction furnace keeping safety as first priority, Managed raw material and elements addition in order to get required quality of steel round bar grades G-40, G-60 and G-TMT of specific composition for specified diameters. Prepared production and consumption reports on daily basis and reported them to the
management.

In this one-month period of internship, I participated in various activities of foundry, welding, fabrication, heat treatment, and destructive & non-destructive testing of steel and cast iron.

Participated in manufacturing and repair of Tetra Pak machinery and equipment. Inspected and supervised fabrication and TIG welding processes for the manufacturing of stainless steel piping, tanks and vessels. Witnessed the installation and maintenance of plants and equipment of juice and milk packaging companies.
